Serious Awesomeness is The Aquabats' first DVD made in 2003 by Fearless Records. This DVD contains live material, music videos, and much more. The material in the DVD dates back to 1994 with some of The Aquabats' first shows. The dvd was sold at shows.
Disc one features a full live performance by the Aquabats at The Glass House in Pomona, CA filmed in 2003. Also on this disc is the official music video for 'Super Rad', a half hour mock news report hosted by John Michaelson (Bat Commander) titled "The Band Called the Aquabats: A Sweaty History of Radness"which features video clips from 1994(when the band strarted)to 2003 when the dvd was released, and a demo video of 'CD Repo Man'.'
