The Mauler is a villain from The Aquabats!
He first appeared in The Aquabats in Color! as a man wearing a sumo wrestler suit and black gloves similar to Batman’s.
He recently reappeared in The Aquabats RadVentures as a man with a Zardoz-esque statue head for a body played by Daniel Grow in both episodes and voiced by Larry Hastings in the former.
