The Spector is a mysterious ghost that appears every once-in-a-while for seemingly no other purpose, than to fight The Aquabats. With his ghostly attributes and his powerful whip, he is a tough competitor. However, he can be defeated with a voodoo doll which only The Aquabats have possession of.
